ArrestFlorida removes or suppresses records only when legally required, including upon verification of a qualifying court order, expunction, sealing order, judicial directive, verified factual error, mistaken identity, or other legally sufficient basis.

ArrestFlorida does not solicit or accept payment to remove arrest booking photographs where removal is required under Florida law. Arrest booking photograph requests are reviewed under Florida Statutes § 901.43 and must include sufficient information to identify the photograph and requester.

ArrestFlorida does not remove arrest records solely because charges were dismissed, dropped, declined, reduced, or resolved without conviction, unless a qualifying court order or other legally sufficient documentation requires removal.
